Raw Brass - The most used metal in my designs---- Brass is a beautiful metal that when new or polished has a beautiful bright gold for very reasonably priced jewelry. Raw brass will tarnish or spot over time, but I believe it adds to the character. TO CLEAN RAW BRASS - Use a Brillo pad, steel wool, or scuff pad. These are available in hardware and homeware stores. Most people have one of them under their kitchen sink!
Antiqued Brass - Brass that has been fully patina-ed already. This metal will not change from the state you receive it in.
14k gold plated and white gold plate - The most affordable option that will darken if worn often. If you would like replacement hooks for your earrings just send me an email. I would be happy to send you some free of charge.
Rhodium Plated ( silver ) - A lovely silver finish that holds its color.
Antiqued Silver - Rhodium silver that has been fully patina-ed already. This metal will not change from the state you receive it in.
Sterling Silver - Sterling silver is a beautiful metal that if not worn regularly can oxidize to a dark metal patina. Great almost pure metal ( .925) for those with sensitive ears. Easily cleaned up with silver polish you can buy at any hardware or general store.
Black Powdercoat - These pieces are made with steel or copper bases and have a thick paint like surfaced on them. Very heavy duty and have a beautiful matte look. This metal will not change from the state you receive it in but if it gets dirty, it is easily cleaned up with a wet cloth.
