PHILOSOPHY
–
Fate & Coincidence started in 2013 as a culmination of seven years of jewelry experimentation.
Julie Broekman (Rudziensky), a color and material designer with a passion for making (and our beautiful planet),
serves as the owner/maker behind f&c. Fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit of her parents,
she started designing jewelry when she was just 13 years old. What started as a hobby selling beaded
bobby pins has now evolved into a growing business with pieces sold in stores across the country. My goal is to make jewelry and accessories that light up your soul and vintage treasures that fill your home with color.
We are always working to adopt processes that make our business more sustainable. We have initiatives
in place including a vigorous recycling program, as well as encouraged use of vintage beads and materials which are disassembled and given new life. Materials are sourced both locally and globally in support
of creatives around the world.
